Step 1. Order Online
First, order the ice creams flavors and quantities you would like when the weekly menu is available.
Step 2. Pick up your order
Pickup your order at the specified time and location. This will typically be at Fresh Food Culinary Center at 10 Garden Street in Danvers, MA on Saturdays. While we are aiming to pickup every Saturday, the time may change from week to week, but the time will ALWAYS be posted on our weekly menu post on our Instagram account.
For picking up your ice cream, you will enter the front door of the building and enter the lobby/arcade area. There will be a Churn & Co sign and you are welcome to play one of the retro arcade games while waiting for your ice cream.
In order to enjoy the ice cream as much as possible, we recommend that you bring an insulated bag or cooler to limit thawing on your drive home.
We ask that when picking up your order, you wear a mask and respect social distancing guidelines.

Refund Policy
We offer no refunds - no exceptions. We get life happens and an emergency may pop up at the last minute, which is why if you reach out to us, we can figure out another time for you to get your ice cream. We are a small business with limited freezer space. We cannot hold ice cream for extended periods or schedule a bunch of different times for people to pick up their ice cream because that takes away from the time we have to make the next week's batches. While this rule is strict, we hope our patrons understand and also only order if you know for sure you can pick up your ice cream during the specified time.
